We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SaaS Solutions Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing SaaS solutions, with a focus on solution and value design, learning and program scalability, security, and performance. As a SaaS Solutions Architect, you will work closely with our sales, product and teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
This role will be based onsite in Bengaluru, India. After an in-office onboarding period, incumbents are expected to be available in office for a couple of days per week as part of hybrid work model. Candidates may also be required to travel internationally 1-2 times annually for full company gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult and advise potential clients on business and technical strategy for implementing Degreed
- Provide detailed knowledge of product features, integrations, configuration options, and functionalities of Degreed architecture to drive client requirement decisions
- Support the Sales team with business and technical knowledge and advice, handling technical questions and objections in client meetings
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the value and capabilities of Degreed solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle
- Assist in the development of use cases, statements of work, and responses to RFPs
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Client Experience Management teams to ensure smooth product delivery and commit to long-term customer success
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing systems and processes
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the SaaS industry and incorporate them into our solutions.
